Shipping policy

For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit or
rejected (in case of COD/Pre-paid orders) shipping costs will be charged.

Please allow the following number of working days from receipt of your
order:

5-7 days business days for domestic delivery.

Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural
calamities and national/ festive holidays and it can take up to 7-14
business days for domestic deliveries. Further delays can be expected
in remote areas.

Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

Shipping cost for Prepaid orders ₹49

COD is available on orders above ₹799

Shipping cost for COD orders ₹100

For Express Shipping- EXTRA ₹70 (for all orders)

Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there
to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member,
colleague, neighbor, etc.

Simply Inked takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative
person.

For any shipping-related issues, a complaint should be registered before
the product is shipped from the warehouse.

All post-delivery-related grievances or complaints should be registered
within 24 hours of receiving intimidation regarding delivery/ receiving the
product.

Simply Inked is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Returns will be applicable only in the unlikely event of a damaged,
defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or
free replacement as and when applicable. We would contact you to ascertain the
damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement. Contact us
to initiate a return if you wish to know about our replacement.
