Refund And Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or a different item delivered to you, we will provide free replacements as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/ replacement.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products, or any orders placed using any discounts. Simply Inked is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after placing the order, and before shipment is dispatched, you can do so. Your order will be cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, in case the order is refused by the customer, applicable shipping and packing charges will be deducted before processing the refund.
Please note that cancellations and returns will not be applicable for any orders placed with a discount or ordered in any type of sale.
